Class listings and description:

 

You Can't Make Me Eat That- Brussels sprouts, beets, cabbage, asparagus, eggplant and more. Those ill reputed vegetables are given a second chance. This promises to be a fun and adventurous class. You might just surprise yourself.

 

Kids in the Kitchen- Yes, they cook. Bring along your child and learn some dishes that can be confidently prepared by your young Iron Chef. 

 

Veggie Tales- A look at vegetarian dishes and an introduction to the Meatless Monday challenge. Broccoli, celery, it's gotta be veggie tales.

 

Bird of paraise I and II- Put away the can of Crisco and give your friend chicken a new look and flavor. This approach gives you a guilt-free fried chicken that is healthier and finger licking good.
